9.7 Status of correspondence in the AI mailroom

The diagram on the right shows the different statuses of a mail transaction in the AI mailroom.

Meaning of the status colors:

• Status with colored background (e.g. B. New, In progress, Data completion for archiving) show that an action is required.

• Status with gray background (e.g. B. AI recognized, original requested) mean that there is no immediate need for action.

Meaning of the status messages:

• Inbox – Displayed when a new mail process has been uploaded.

• AI detected – The AI has analyzed and assigned the postal transaction.

• New – The mail process has been created and is waiting to be processed.

• In process – The mail transaction is currently being processed.

• Original requested / Original to sender / Rescan – The corresponding process has been requested.

• Completed – The mail process has been finally processed.

• Archived – The mail process has been saved in the application archive.

• Data completion for archiving – Additional data must be added before the process can be archived.

• Ready for archiving in the data center – The mail process is prepared for archiving.

• Archived in the data center – The process has been successfully archived.
