9.5.4 Settings

The EPO administrator and the BM Portal administrator have access to the AI mailroom settings. Basic settings, archiving settings and deletion settings can be made here.

The path for the “Monitoring folder” can be stored under the basic settings. If a “Monitoring folder” is stored, a processed path and a path for “Failed imports” are required.

Archiving settings:

• Activate archiving with the Archive Connector (checkbox)
• Activate automatic archiving of completed processes (checkbox)
• If activated, the archiving time can be defined (min. 1 day – max. 365 days after completion of the process)

Delete settings:

• Activate automatic deletion of the application archive via checkbox (specify time: min. 1 month – max. 120 months after archiving)
• Activate deletion of archived mail processes via checkbox (specify time: min. 1 day – max. 365 days after archiving)
