The different user groups/roles are described in the following table. The designation “XX” is a placeholder for the abbreviation of the respective application (e.g. NM = News & Messages). The abbreviation “BM” applies to all applications within the portal and to general functions.

Basically, the user groups BM portal administrators, app administrators and at least one other role are required for each module (application).
It is important that roles can be assigned to the groups.
System users (users) can access the bank organization portal and have a standard profile.
A user must be a system user in order to be able to use other applications or to obtain and use other user rights.
