6.6 Release

If an NM editor has created a new notification in a category with approval, this notification can be released by a user in the NM releaser user group. The NM releaser receives a notification from the News & Messages application, which informs them that a notification is available for approval. If the NM releaser clicks on the notification, the message to be approved opens directly. The user can assign the notification for approval (“Assign to me” button) via an orange button at the top right.

The NM releaser can then write a comment on the release and then publish or reject it. If they do not wish to accept the release after all, they can cancel the assignment using the button at the top right.
