4.2 Urgent messages

The “Urgent messages” module is located in the administration area. Here, portal administrators can create messages that are visible to all users. After logging in, the message appears directly on the user’s start page. The message must be actively confirmed to ensure that it is not overlooked.

Messages can be assigned to different warning types:

• Information → Gray
• Important message → Green
• Warning → Yellow/Orange
• Emergency → Red

The “Urgent messages” module can be searched by title or content using the search bar. In the overview table, the Title, Content and Expiry date columns can be sorted alphabetically in ascending or descending order.
