9.5.1 E-correspondence (all)

This tab has the same structure as the user-specific “E-correspondence” tab, with the difference that the administrator can view all mail processes here – even those that do not fall within their direct area of responsibility.

In the filter options, you can also filter by mail process status.

Overview of e-correspondence (All):

The administrator also has the option of reading confidential messages that are marked with a lock symbol. When opening the detailed view of a confidential message, a message appears indicating that access is being logged. At the same time, the audit department is automatically notified of access to the confidential mail in order to ensure the traceability and security of the processes.
