The “Favorites” application allows users to create and efficiently manage preferred links, their own categories and personal favorites. These are available both on the dashboard under “Favorites” and in the application itself.
Administrators can also create global categories and favorites that are visible and selectable for all users. If an administrator creates global favorites, these are available to users under their favorites as soon as they click on the “New favorite from link collection” button. This function makes it easier to access important content and optimizes the workflow.
Users have the option of customizing their favourites to make frequently used links quickly accessible. Simple administration and direct access to relevant content increases efficiency in everyday work.
Administrators can also control system-wide settings for the use of favorites to ensure a consistent user experience.
