9.5.3 Process types

In the “Transaction types” tab, all transaction types of the AI mailroom are displayed in an overview table.

Columns of the overview table:

• Title
• Description
• Readers
• Editors
• Active

The administrator can use the “View columns” button to show additional columns, including :

• Created by
• Last edited by
• Last edited on

In the overview table, the title and description can be sorted alphabetically in ascending or descending order via the arrow symbol.

The administrator can create a new process type by clicking on the “New process type” button at in the top right-hand corner. This opens an editing window in which the following parameters can be entered (editing window process type):

Important: When using the archive connector , the values of the transaction types are overridden and only the authorizations and other settings are created here.
