6.7.3 Settings

Basic settings, view settings, archiving and deletion settings can be made by the NM administrator in the settings of the News & Messages application.

In the basic settings, a checkbox can be used to specify whether details (e.g. author, publication date) are displayed in messages.

In the view settings, the maximum number of top messages in the portlet and the maximum number of messages in the portlet can be set using the drop-down menu.

The archiving and deletion settings can be used to set the automated archiving of rejected messages and the automated deletion of archived messages.
