The following list shows the specific user roles in the News & Messages (NM) application.
NM-Administrator
Management of additional administrative settings, creation and management of categories, access and editing rights to all messages.
NM-Releaser
Release of messages if he has been defined as a releaser.
NM-Editor
Create, edit, duplicate, archive and delete messages.
NM-Reader
Read messages for which read rights are stored.
There are also the user groups BM-Portal Administrator and BM-Revision:
BM-Portal Administrator
Has access to all applications and has the rights of the respective application administrator. He can view the test log and see which actions were carried out by which user within the application.
BM-Revision
Has access to the Revision area. The view corresponds to that of the application administrator, but with read-only rights.
