6.3 Messages

All users of the News & Messages application can access the “Messages” menu item. Here you will find a table with all current and active messages.

The table is divided into the following columns:

• Title
• Brief description
• Valid from (date)
• Author
• Category

The columns can be sorted alphabetically in ascending or descending order using the up/down arrow.

Each message is displayed in a separate line. At the end of the line, a tick or bell symbol indicates whether the message has been read or not. The complete message and further information such as author, category, validity and visibility can be viewed via the icon for the detailed view.

The “Filter” button can be used to filter by category and validity of the messages. In addition, a search bar allows you to search for authors or messages.
