Manual Overview

6.7.1 All messages

The “All messages” menu item contains all messages, regardless of whether they have the status “New”, “Draft”, “In approval”, “Rejected”, “Published” or “Archived”. The overview table contains the tabs: “Title”, “Category”, “Created”, “Valid from”, “Valid to”, “Author”, “Status”, “Top news” and “Show in portlet”. These can be sorted alphabetically in ascending or descending order using the up/down arrow symbol. There are also filter options according to status and validity as well as a search bar for searching by name.

An NM administrator can use the icons at the end of each table row to perform various actions, such as editing, archiving, duplicating or opening the detailed view of a notification. Which actions are available depends on the status of the notification. For example, a published notification cannot be deleted directly, but an archived notification can.

The corresponding symbols are described in the chapter “General scope of services > Explanation of symbols”.
