9.2 User groups AI mailroom (EPO)

EPO administrator
Read and edit rights for all mail processes in the AI mailroom. They can create and edit new process types and filing locations and make administrative settings.

EPO-CentralPostUser
Can read and edit their own mail processes and upload new mail. They also have access to the “Central mailroom” tab and mail processes without an assigned processor or group and without a defined transaction type.

EPO Audit
Has access to the “Revision” tab, which contains all processes of the AI mailroom, but only with read rights and without editing rights.

EPO user
Can read and edit own mail processes and upload new mail.
