The “AI Mailroom” module is a sophisticated digital solution for financial institutions that enables intelligent and centralized management of all incoming documents.
Letters, contracts, orders, invoices and other formats are automatically classified, processed and forwarded directly to the correct recipient. Once the documents have been viewed, they can be archived in the core banking system.
The digital mailroom is the intelligent, central facility for sorting and managing all incoming documents at the financial institution. The analog incoming mail is first scanned using cognitive capture and artificial intelligence, enriched with information – so-called metadata – and prepared for the digital mailroom.
Mail can be marked as confidential. Personalized mail can only be opened and processed by the contact person. Mail without a specific contact person can be forwarded to departments or teams.
