9.8 Setting up AI mailroom with Archive Connector

Before installation (preparatory installation measures)

Enter the adapted list of document types in the customization.

After installation

1. Enter the constants for Archive Connector in the configuration (Service Console):

2. set settings in the user interface (Settings archive path)

3. optional: activate/deactivate the document types in Archive Connector as required

4. assign user roles (groups and users)

5. set up the monitored directory in the AI mailroom

6. and activate the Archive Connector

7. configure storage locations

8. configure transaction types (read and edit rights)
